Job summary

Qualifications

Senior leadership in performance marketing within the EMEA region.
Proven track record delivering large-scale performance campaigns.
Expertise across Search, Social, Programmatic, Commerce, Video & Affiliates.
Strong commercial acumen and revenue growth experience.
Excellent presentation and panel contributor experience.
Ability to drive cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define the group’s Performance media strategy for EMEA.
Set unified standards and frameworks for excellence.
Accelerate connection of performance to business outcomes via tools and processes.
Lead integration of performance solutions into client campaigns.
Foster collaboration across planning, data, activation and measurement teams.
Represent OMNICOM at industry events and with partners.
Lead new business pitches with strategic performance insights.
Partner with senior clients to embed performance thinking.
