• Experience with CRM/email marketing, campaigns, social media, print and local marketing.
• Ability to interpret marketing data, measure performance and impact on sales.
• Interest in developing AI and automation capabilities in marketing.
• Proactive, organised and strong communicator.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver promotional, seasonal and commercially focused marketing campaigns.
• Support new site openings and local marketing initiatives.
• Manage email, CRM, customer retention and reactivation campaigns.
• Oversee organic social content and local demand generation.
• Manage brochures, leaflets, POS and other print activity from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to understand customers and drive sales.
• Track campaign performance, budgets, leads and commercial results.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline marketing activities, improve efficiency and output.
• Regularly visit different business locations to gain customer insights for marketing.
