This is an exciting, newly created Marketing Manager role joining a successful, established business with exciting and ambitious plans for growth.
As part of a newly formed Marketing, Digital and E-commerce team, you'll take ownership of marketing for a growing, multi-site B2 B and B2 C supplier. It's a broad, hands‑on role covering everything from promotional campaigns and new site launches to CRM, email, social media, print and customer acquisition.
There's plenty of autonomy. You'll be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, challenge how things are done and really make your mark, while working closely with an approachable, down‑to‑earth Marketing Director and a talented team of marketing, digital and e-commerce peers.
The department is also embracing AI in a big way. You might already be highly skilled in modern AI marketing tools, automation and workflows, or you may have a good grounding and be excited by the opportunity to develop this further. Either way, curiosity and a genuine interest in how AI can make marketing smarter, faster and more effective will be important.
You'll take ownership of a varied marketing plan supporting multiple business locations and online channels.
Your remit will include:
This isn't a role where you'll spend all week sitting behind a desk. You'll regularly visit different business locations, engage with the people closest to the customer and use those insights to shape marketing activity.
You'll be a commercially minded, hands‑on marketer who enjoys taking ownership, delivering results and getting things done.
You'll bring:
You'll be joining a growing team where there's real scope to influence how the marketing function develops. You'll have access to paid AI tools and training, supportive leadership and the freedom to test ideas and make decisions without unnecessary layers of sign‑off.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to be trusted to get on with your job and is excited by the prospect of helping shape a modern, forward‑thinking marketing function within an ambitious and successful business.
