Qualifications

• Experience in a broad marketing role across multi-site settings.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing and customer acquisition.
• Practical experience with CRM, email marketing, campaigns, social media, print, and local marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver promotional and seasonal marketing campaigns.
• Support new site openings and local marketing initiatives.
• Manage email, CRM, retention and reactivation campaigns.
• Oversee organic social content and local demand generation.
• Coordinate print collateral and POS from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to understand customers and drive sales.
• Track campaign performance, budgets, leads and commercial results.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
