Job summary

SF Partners, based in Nottingham, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a modern, digital-first marketing function. The role is hybrid with three in-office days weekly, reporting to the CMO/CEO and overseeing the Events Coordinator.

You will shape campaign strategy, manage content, events and leverage AI to accelerate delivery. You will work closely with sales and leadership to drive pipeline, optimize costs, and deliver measurable growth across domains.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital marketing leadership, preferably B2B or professional services.
• Ability to blend strategic planning with hands-on delivery and drive commercial growth.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, HubSpot advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, SEO/geo, email, web and events.
• Collaborate with sales to build targeted campaigns and nurture journeys that generate pipeline.
• Own content calendar and campaign calendar across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Lead marketing automation, nurture sequences and attribution tracking.
• Improve CAC and conversion rates through testing and data analysis.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and tone across external communications.
