• You are currently running or have run a commercial grounds maintenance business.
• Full P&L responsibility for a £10m-£40m turnover is preferred.
• Proven growth in revenue and margin with direct employment of crews and depots.
• Experience in PE-backed environments and multi-regional leadership.
