JLA Limited in Ripponden is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for outbound telesales, authorising costs, booking engineer visits, and contracting customers over the phone and by email.

You will manage accounts, develop opportunities with field sales colleagues, and strive to meet or exceed KPI targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with clear verbiage and good listening skills.
• Collaborative team player who works well with others.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and basic CRM use.
• Understanding of compliance requirements in customer interactions.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound sales calls and build your own pipeline.
• Manage new and existing customer accounts.
