Job summary

JLA Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for outbound telesales, booking engineer visits, and contracting customers by phone and email, acting as a trusted partner to our customers.

You'll work within a high-energy sales environment, handling leads, managing accounts, and developing opportunities with field colleagues while consistently meeting KPI targets and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Confident and effective communicator.
• Collaborative and Positive outlook.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of what JLA has to offer on compliance.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our digital marketing team and also developing your own pipeline of customers.
• Managing new and existing customer accounts
• Developing sales opportunities in partnership with your field sales colleagues
• Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPI’s set within the contact centre
