Job summary

Zachary Daniels, a leading UK fashion retailer, is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own multi-brand performance marketing, reporting to Head of E-commerce and collaborating with marketing teams.

You will lead paid search, paid social and affiliates, manage a 3-person in-house team, own budgets and forecasts, drive customer acquisition and database growth, and build new partnerships while reporting performance weekly, monthly and seasonally.

Qualifications

• Strong performance marketing background.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
• A motivating and supportive people manager.
• Ideally 2-3+ years' relevant digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates.
• Manage and develop an in-house team of 3.
• Own budgets, forecasts and channel performance.
• Drive customer acquisition and database growth.
• Develop new affiliate and third-party partnerships.
• Report on weekly, monthly and seasonal performance.
• Constantly look for opportunities to improve results and accelerate growth.
