A strong finance background and ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification are essential. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and model development while guiding strategic investment and cash planning for expansion.

Qualifikationen

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
• Confident translating financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially curious and able to work effectively in a fast-moving business.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning.
• Provide clear commercial insight into business performance, highlighting trends, opportunities and risks.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support investment and growth decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve profitability and support decision-making.
• Develop reporting and KPIs that help leadership anticipate performance and take action.
• Assess revenue, margins and costs, recommending practical improvements.
• Forecast cash flow and funding requirements to support continued expansion.
