Job summary

SF Partners in South Birmingham seeks a Finance Acquisition and Integration Lead to drive the post‑acquisition integration across multiple functions, ensuring financial control and smooth transitions.

You will own the integration plans, coordinate across Finance, HR, IT and operations, and report progress to senior leadership. A qualified accountant or experienced finance professional with project management skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• This role requires a finance foundation and strong project management skills.
• Experience with financial controls, cash, working capital and month-end reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across functions and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of integration activity following acquisitions with clear plans and deadlines.
• Lead finance integration and coordinate across Finance, HR, IT and operations.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers and progress reporting.
• Support transition of management accounts, cash reporting and KPI reporting.
• Identify risks and drive actions to standardise integration processes.
