Job summary

IPS Finance is seeking an ambitious, qualified accountant to take ownership of the finance function and develop into the group's Finance Director. You will manage day-to-day finance, interact with investors and lenders, and work with senior stakeholders to support growth.

The role involves leading financial reporting across SPVs, consolidations, and developing robust controls as the group scales.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with industry or practice experience.
• Experience leading a finance function and developing controls.
• Proven ability to manage cash flow forecasting and financial reporting across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the finance function and lead on financial reporting.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Lead cash flow forecasting across a growing portfolio of developments.
• Manage financial reporting across multiple SPVs and group consolidation.
• Oversee relationships with banks, lenders and investors.
