Job summary

Buy Me Media Ltd in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with at least two years of paid digital advertising experience. You will plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns across search, paid social, GEO, programmatic and other digital channels.

A strong emphasis on Google Ads, PPC and GA4 analytics is required, with collaboration across Account Managers, Creative Designers and Data Analysts to drive performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads and PPC, especially Google Search.
• Experience using GA4 to analyse campaign and website performance.
• Experience with GTM and conversion tracking.
• Familiar with programmatic and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns across search, paid social, GEO, programmatic and other digital channels.
• Work with Account Managers, Creative Designers, Project Managers and Data Analysts to deliver campaigns from setup through to reporting.
• Brief creatives and use campaign data to identify what is working and what needs to change.
• Develop GEO strategies and understand AI-powered search trends.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, bids, conversions, and KPIs; provide clear recommendations.
