Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is working with a growing UK fashion and e-commerce business to recruit a Paid Media Manager. The role will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms, translating commercial objectives into effective campaigns and budgets.

You will drive customer acquisition and revenue through paid search and social, partner with creative and ecommerce teams, use performance data to guide decisions, and ensure robust tracking while staying up to date

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with budgets, optimisation and reporting across multiple channels.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA and ecommerce KPIs.
• Able to turn performance data into actionable insights.
• Experience with platforms like TikTok or Pinterest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the paid media roadmap across Google Ads and Meta.
• Translate business objectives into campaign plans with budgets and targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue through paid search and social.
• Improve efficiency, scale activity and maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams on ads and landing pages.
• Use performance data to guide decisions and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activity around seasonal launches and promotions.
• Ensure robust tracking and reporting; stay updated on platform changes.
