Job summary

Lyreco is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Product & Services team's digital activity from the Telford Head Office. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across CRM, email, web, SEO, content and paid media.

You’ll drive lifecycle marketing, lead generation and conversion optimization while partnering with Ecommerce, Sales and Insight teams to maximize commercial outcomes. A hybrid setup offers two home-working days post-probation.

Qualifications

• Significant practical experience across a broad range of digital marketing channels.
• Strong experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle journeys and marketing automation.
• Good understanding of PPC, paid social and cross-channel integration.
• Familiar with GA4 and data-driven decision making.
• Experience planning integrated campaigns with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop digital marketing activity across multiple channels.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across CRM, email, web, and content.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle marketing including journeys and onboarding.
• Support paid media activities and collaborate with agency partners.
• Improve website journeys via CMS, landing pages and conversion optimization.
• Lead, coach and develop the Digital Marketing team.
