Job summary

OrderYOYO in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to turn data from sales, account management, and marketing into clear, actionable insight, reporting to the CCO.

You will build dashboards, own weekly to quarterly performance packs, and collaborate with Finance, Product and Market leads to drive growth across 11 markets.

This fast-growing role requires strong Excel or BI skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial or business analyst.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance across sales, account management, and marketing.
• Build dashboards and reports to track revenue, churn and pipeline.
• Own regular reporting packs for leadership across markets.
• Develop KPI definitions and data governance across teams.
• Support forecasting and planning with Finance.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
