Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, business development or similar customer-focused role.
• Confident and professional communication, verbally and in writing.
• Able to identify opportunities and close on them.
• Higher education such as A-levels, BTEC or diploma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and present the right solutions.
• Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support company goals.
• Share market insights to help shape sales and marketing activity.
