Qualifications

• Prev experience in business development within freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Strong understanding of air and sea freight with multimodal services.
• Proven ability to win new business and develop profitable customer relationships.
• Confident negotiating rates and presenting logistics solutions.
• Commercially aware with sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the freight forwarding market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Drive sales growth with a focus on air and sea freight services.
• Develop multimodal freight opportunities, including road transport.
• Identify customer requirements and deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate rates and close new business.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth transition from sale to service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to commercial strategy.
