ALS Recruiting Ltd is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South. You’ll represent a major name in road freight, from domestic and European full loads to groupage and dedicated transport services.

You’ll be out in front of customers, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and shaping transport solutions that add value. Travel across the South and collaboration with warehousing and e-commerce teams are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires previous experience in Freight or Logistics.
• Proven B2B sales success within logistics, freight or supply chain sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to travel across the South region with a valid driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to win new business across freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain services.
• Identify and engage prospective clients across key industries in the South region.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from SMEs to large enterprises.
• Collaborate with internal operations and commercial teams to deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions.
• Represent the company at regional networking events and industry forums.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.

A global, Top logistics provider is looking for a motivated and commercially sharp Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South. You’ll be representing a major name in the industry, with a strong reputation in road freight, from domestic and European full loads and part loads to groupage and dedicated transport services.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in front of customers, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and shaping road‑based transport solutions that genuinely make a difference. You’ll also have the advantage of tapping into wider services like warehousing, customs support, and e‑commerce fulfilment, giving you plenty of ways to add value and stand out in a competitive market.

Must have previous experience in Freight OR Logistics

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven success in B2B sales within logistics, freight, or supply chain sectors.
