Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited in St Ives is seeking a confident, customer-focused Business Development Specialist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. You will drive new business opportunities, nurture customer relationships and turn opportunities into sales.

You’ll manage enquiries from phone, email and in-person meetings, prepare quotations, coordinate with suppliers and installation teams, and help shape the customer journey.

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing lasting customer relationships.
• Deliver a high standard of service, providing knowledgeable support and guidance throughout the sales process.
• Manage incoming enquiries across telephone, email and face-to-face channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Prepare detailed quotations, manage pricing and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee projects, coordinating with customers, suppliers and installation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Organise site visits, measurements and customer consultations to establish project requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with all parties, resolving queries and keeping projects on track.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the department by identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer journey.
