Eaton is seeking an Associate Product Manager for the Cable Management Solutions (B-Line series) portfolio in the UK. You will work with product, commercial and engineering teams to drive growth and development across EMEA, gaining exposure to product management, market development, and new product introductions.

You will develop strong knowledge of product capabilities, specifications and applications, support pricing and commercial activities, and collaborate across functions to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Product Marketing.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in product management, engineering, technical sales, commercial operations or related role.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel 10-15%.

Responsabilités

• Support the management and development of the B-Line series cable management portfolio, focusing on support systems, fittings and accessories.
• Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth, portfolio expansion and optimisation.
• Support product lifecycle activities and maintain accurate product and application information.
• Develop a strong understanding of product capabilities, specifications and applications.
• Support pricing and commercial activities for the portfolio, working with Product Line Manager and commercial teams.
• Manage new product introductions and portfolio extensions from market requirements through launch.
• Develop understanding of cable management markets, customers, applications.
• Monitor market trends, portfolios and positioning; identify opportunities and portfolio gaps.
• Support sales teams and customers with product knowledge, positioning, training and materials.
