Eaton in the United Kingdom (Wales) is seeking a Product Manager for the B-Line series Cable Management portfolio. You will work with the Product Line Manager, engineering and commercial teams to drive growth across EMEA, focusing on support systems, fittings and accessories.

You will develop product knowledge, manage lifecycle activities, support pricing, and help launch new products across markets while aligning with customers and sales teams to improve competitiveness and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Product Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant product management, engineering or commercial experience.
• Interest in mechanical/technical products and willingness to develop knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work across technical and commercial teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and own activities through completion.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

• Support the management and development of the B-Line cable management portfolio, focusing on support systems, fittings and accessories.
• Analyse portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Support product lifecycle activities and maintain product information.
• Develop understanding of product capabilities and applications.
• Support pricing and commercial activities with the Product Line Manager and teams.
• Manage new product introductions and portfolio extensions across functions.
• Develop understanding of cable management markets, customers and applications.
• Monitor market trends and portfolio positioning to identify gaps.
• Support sales with product knowledge and customer-facing materials.
