Job summary

Pertemps Birmingham Commercial is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant for the Temporary Division, based at the Edgbaston office. The role covers the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placing applicants and delivering service to clients and candidates.

You will build new relationships, win business, manage sales activity including cold calling and presentations, and operate autonomously within a collaborative Birmingham team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year 360 recruitment experience, ideally in commercial or business office support.
• Proven track record onboarding new clients and growing revenue.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, resilient and highly organised.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process: cold calling, emailing, door knocking and presentations.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to placing top talent.
• Deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage temporary workers, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding.
• Account management of existing clients with regular business reviews.
