KRG Holdings Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join a growing digital marketing agency. You will own the SEO strategy across client portfolios, drive technical SEO improvements and content-led growth, and help shape the agency's own organic visibility.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office), £35,000-£40,000, and a range of perks including private healthcare and a wellbeing fund, plus opportunities for progression and hands-on testing of AI-driven SEO

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, content SEO and strategy.
• Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce websites.
• Previous client-facing experience and clear communication of recommendations.
• Proficient in Screaming Frog, GA, GSC, GTM and SEO tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush/Majestic.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering SEO strategies to improve visibility, traffic and conversions.
• Own the agency's SEO strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Conducting audits, keyword research and performance analysis.
• Managing technical SEO including site architecture and indexing.
• Creating and optimizing SEO content across pages and blogs.
• Improving on-page SEO and metadata for UX.
• Using GA4 and SEO tools to measure performance and report results.
