Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our Brighton team, leading client SEO strategies and coordinating with content, design, and analytics specialists. The role focuses on delivering measurable results across varied UK clients.

You will mentor junior staff, manage workloads to avoid overload, and work within a hybrid model in a creative, vibrant agency setting.

Qualifications

• Agency-side SEO experience at Senior Executive or Manager level.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• Great written skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
• Understanding of CSS and HTML.
• Basic understanding/interest in AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to clients' goals and target audiences.
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content and technical optimisation.
• Perform SEO audits of client websites to assess performance, uncover issues, and recommend improvements.
• Manage on-page SEO including meta tags, internal linking, URL structure, content optimisation, and schema markup.
• Oversee technical SEO such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexing, and structured data.
• Collaborate with content teams to guide the creation of SEO-optimised content (blogs, landing pages, etc.).
• Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Generate reports that clearly communicate SEO progress, KPIs, and ROI to clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Coordinate with web developers to implement technical changes and enhancements.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, present results, and refine strategy.
• Support junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed across client accounts.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
