Confidential is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join a growing digital marketing agency in Birmingham. The role focuses on SEO strategy, technical SEO, content SEO and organic growth across a small client portfolio while scaling the agency's own visibility.

You will test SEO ideas, improve website performance and see the impact of your work firsthand, with opportunities to influence both agency and in-house-style SEO approaches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO and content SEO.
• Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce websites.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic and conversions.
• Take ownership of the agency's SEO strategy and identify opportunities to grow performance.
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research and performance analysis.
• Manage technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing and redirects.
• Create and optimise SEO content for landing pages, service pages, blogs and case studies.
• Improve on-page SEO, metadata and user experience; work with GA4 and GSC to measure results.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement recommendations and report results.
