• Strong knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates.
• Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets and delivering measurable returns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercially focused performance marketing strategy.
• Lead and optimise paid channels including Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates.
• Manage significant marketing budgets to maximise ROI and growth.
• Drive customer acquisition, improve conversion and increase customer lifetime value.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, commercial and wider digital teams to support growth.
• Utilise data and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Oversee external agencies and partners to ensure value.
