Job summary

Martin Veasey Talent Solutions is seeking a senior operations leader to run a multi-site logistics operation in the Cambridge region. You will oversee warehousing, transport, contract packing, quality and compliance across sites and report directly to the Chief Executive.

The role includes owning the operating budget and shaping a future P&L as the business grows. You will drive measurement, consistency, and systems improvements, lead the operations team, and integrate acquisitions with a focus

• Senior operations leader with warehousing primary discipline and genuine transport experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire operation reporting to the Chief Executive
• Own the operating budget and build towards a full P&L with board visibility
• Ensure accreditation and food safety across all sites and health and safety for warehousing and transport
• Lead the operations management team and develop succession for growth
• Lead integration of acquired businesses and systems when the company expands
