• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to grow turnover.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee estimating and order processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Review processes to boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with sales to enhance customer service and sales opportunities.
• Manage costs, margins and profitability to support commercial aims.
• Ensure strong communication between sales, estimating, order processing, purchasing, production and delivery functions.
