Job summary

Chase Taylor Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading UK window and door manufacturer to appoint an experienced Production Manager. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, the role oversees the daily manufacturing operation, ensures targets, quality and safety are met, and leads the production team.

You will drive productivity improvements, manage workloads and schedules, and collaborate with sales, technical, logistics and senior management to sustain continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in production management.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong grasp of production planning, targets, quality and efficiency.
• Experience using KPIs to improve manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and meet production targets.
• Lead and develop the production team and production schedules.
