Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering sales-driven growth in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience as MD/CEO or senior commercial leader ready to step up.
• Background in businesses £15m-£50m+.
• Exposure to M&A activity including integration.
• Ability to work closely with ownership and externally represent the business.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the product portfolio to maximise market competitiveness and margin.
• Lead acquisitions, from sourcing through to integration.
