WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations, staff growth, and financial performance at a busy car wash location. You will lead a team, drive revenue, and ensure service excellence while maintaining safety standards.

The role reports to the Area Director and involves 45–50 hour weeks, with a compensation package including a base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Car wash experience is not required.
