Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations.
• Help meet inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop teammates to perform well and grow responsibilities.
• Set an example in performing all car wash activities and lead by example.
