Job summary

ripple is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Associate to help across paid ads, Shopify sites, product launches and reporting. You’ll learn by supporting across Meta, Google and TikTok ads, updating pages, and preparing launches for US, UK and EU markets.

You’ll work side by side with the Head of Performance & E-Commerce in a fast-growing wellness brand, gaining hands-on experience across channels, analytics and creative work in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• A real interest in digital business, e-commerce or marketing.
• A degree, internship or side project counts.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy in links, prices and text.
• Organised and reliable with numerical comfort.

Responsibilities

• Support across paid ads, Shopify sites and product launches.
• Assist with daily QA on ads and track performance data.
• Update product pages and build simple pages with Figma and AI tools.
• Run launch checklists ensuring pages, emails and SMS go live on time.
• Support reporting for weekly and monthly dashboards in Polar and ad platforms.
• Help maintain asset library and notes from agency calls.
