Job summary

Paint Red Ltd is seeking a digital marketing specialist to join a small & ambitious Marketing Team. You will own SEO, paid social, digital PR and website development, blending creativity with data-led thinking.

You will test, learn and turn data into commercial results, producing monthly insights and actionable recommendations to improve enquiries and sales. This role offers hybrid working with office days and home days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, across B2C markets.
• PPC experience on Meta and Google Ads.
• Solid SEO, GEO and AEO knowledge with a track record of improved rankings.
• Strong analytics and ability to interpret performance data.
• Desirable: HubSpot experience, CRO/UX awareness, photo and video skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse engagement, rankings, enquiries, conversion rates and cost per lead to identify the strongest ROI.
• Produce monthly reports explaining performance and opportunities for improving sales enquiries.
• Track performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush and social reporting tools; turn insight into actions.
• Set meaningful KPIs for content, social, SEO and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create and manage content across website and social channels.
• Support SEO, digital PR, link building and paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams, agencies, photographers and videographers to produce strong assets.
