Job summary

Red Ant is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will own planning, execution and optimization across SEO, AI search, content, paid media, email and social channels.

Work in a close-knit, growing agency with hybrid Surrey-based offices (3 days in the office, 2 days from home). Expect ownership, collaboration, and ongoing development as the business expands.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency.
• Strong knowledge across SEO, content, paid media, email and social.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and optimise digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Combine strategy, creativity and analysis to improve results.
• Contribute to the agency's own marketing and market presence.
