Job summary

Clarion Events is seeking a senior Demand Generation Lead to report to the Head of Marketing. You will drive audience growth and demand across paid ads, organic search, social, partnerships and referrals, aiming to generate high-intent prospects ready to buy.

You’ll own automated nurture programs, measure performance, manage budgets and collaborate with brand, campaigns and marketing operations to ensure messaging and conversions are optimised in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing strategic frameworks and processes to drive demand.
• Strong knowledge across social media, referrals, partnerships, search, paid media and email (depth in 2–3 channels).
• Experience with marketing technology including email automation and CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot or Dynamics).
• Data-driven mindset with emphasis on testing, measurement and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy across channels like paid ads, organic search, organic social, partnerships and referrals.
• Build and optimise scalable demand programs to drive traffic and data for portfolio products.
• Manage demand generation budget allocation based on performance.
• Collaborate with brand, campaign and marketing operations to ensure aligned messaging and assets.
• Develop, launch and manage automated lead nurture campaigns.
• Create an automated engagement engine to accelerate conversions and ensure smooth handover of nurtured leads to campaigns.
