Job summary

Flohealth seeks a Creative leader to transform creativity into a growth engine, guiding strategy from brand to performance and AI-enabled production. You’ll lead a 20-person team, unlock new audiences, and shape how creative drives CPA, subscription growth, and payback across channels.

You’ll own the production engine, push the boundaries of AI in creative, and report to executives while shaping a measurable, impactful creative roadmap with a culture of high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creative in customer-facing tech with performance marketing as the growth engine.
• Ability to quantify the value of creative work and link to business outcomes.
• Strong capability in brand positioning and cross-channel storytelling.
• AI-first approach: shipped work and tooling choices with responsible disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative strategy: brand platform and assets across channels.
• Present creative case to execs and board, align with budget and CPA goals.
• Build scalable production engine with clear briefs and templates.
• Drive AI-enabled production while preserving human-crafted quality.
