Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to bridge creativity and business impact. You will lead end-to-end creative strategy, anchor client conversations in business value, and grow our creative capability and market presence across the business.

The role focuses on owning strategic storytelling, driving revenue, and shaping a best-in-class creative practice with commercial weight behind it.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in integrated, business-outcome-driven creative strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of upsell or new business.
• Confident, senior-level stakeholder and client management including ExCo.
• Ability to translate creative and data trade-offs into clear, business-relevant recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated creative strategies tied to growth and performance.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand the scope of existing services to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.
• Support the new business team in developing winning pitch strategies.
• Collaborate with other teams to help sell creative services to their own clients.
• Frame creative recommendations in terms of business impact and data storytelling.
