Brown & Brown Insurance in Solihull is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our experienced team. The role focuses on presenting complex commercial insurances, renewing existing client programmes and expanding our client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial insurance, strong broker experience, and is progressing towards Cert CII. Acturis knowledge is a plus, and a full driving licence is required. This is a face-to-face, on-site position in our Solihull office.

Competenze

• At least 5+ years in commercial insurance, preferably in broking.
• Ability to handle new business enquiries, renewals and midterm adjustments.
• Good understanding of commercial insurance products and options.
• Acturis software knowledge is advantageous.
• Progress toward Cert CII and holding a full driving licence.

Mansioni

• Achieve new business and renewal targets.
• Engage with marketing strategy and act on leads.
• Develop introducer relationships and generate own leads.
• Manage new business pipeline and cross-sell with other departments.
• Maintain high levels of client service and renewals.
• Attend client visits and complete fact-finding for new business.
• Review client demands to advise appropriate insurances.
• Negotiate with underwriters and finalize broking notes.
• Prepare closing instructions per process.
