BRELLIS RECRUITMENT LIMITED client, a renowned Oxfordshire home care provider, seeks a Commercial Manager / Managing Director to drive growth from the top. This is a commercially led leadership role, with full P&L accountability and a close partnership with the owners.

You will lead marketing and business development, build on momentum, manage the team and care workforce, and shape the strategy for the next growth phase, with bonuses and eventual ownership on offer.

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting or strong commercial background is useful.
• Marketing or broader commercial background welcomed.
• No background in care sector required; fresh thinking valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing and business development activity: website, SEO, Google Ads, literature and referral channels
• Work with suppliers to build on momentum already in place
• Own full P&L, understand sources and uses of money, optimise figures
• Lead and manage the team and wider care workforce
• Apply practical, common-sense management to daily growth challenges
