• Proactive, results-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and using platforms like LinkedIn and CoStar.
• Strong organisational skills for CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling and strategic outreach to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Generate and manage a forward-looking pipeline of high-value opportunities and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Enrich CRM records with detailed intelligence on prospective clients and keep data accurate.
• Maintain CRM cleanliness with up-to-date contact details and lead statuses.
