Rhodium Consulting is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Branch Manager for a leading electrical wholesaler in Leicester. You will own the branch's growth, profitability, and customer service.

You will lead the team, manage recruitment and development, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Salary negotiable depending on experience with car, bonus and benefits.

• Sales & Business Growth: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets.
• Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial success.
• Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Customer Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• P&L Accountability: Manage the full profit and loss responsibility for the branch, ensuring sustainable profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the branch runs efficiently and complies with company policies and health & safety regulations.
