Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and public sector clients. You will identify and secure new business opportunities while promoting specialist environmental and construction services.

You will work closely with technical and operational teams to tailor client solutions and manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award.

Qualifications

• Proven business development or technical sales experience.
• Background within environmental, construction, civil engineering, waste or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and the motivation to achieve ambitious growth targets.
