Job summary

Responsibilities

Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Building relationships with private clients, families and key referral partners.
Developing referral networks across the local area.
Engaging with healthcare professionals, case managers and other stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities to increase care hours and revenue.
Attending networking events to raise the service's profile.
Working with the operational team to convert opportunities into care packages.
Maintaining relationships with existing clients and referrers.
Contributing to the wider commercial growth strategy.
Monitoring activity and maintaining CRM records.
