FutureBrand is seeking a Business Director to lead and direct account teams, driving client success and profitability. You will expand strategic partnerships, deliver best-in-class solutions, and ensure revenue targets are met in collaboration with project leadership.

In this senior role, you will influence budgets, scope, and client strategy while growing complex accounts and expanding agency capabilities. Travel to meet clients may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex accounts across consumer/brand work.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and quality thinking.
• Provide strong account direction and opportunities to grow client accounts.

• Ensure briefs and strategies meet client needs and expectations.
• Lead budget conversations and manage scope/overspend challenges.
• Partner with project leadership on forecasting and revenue actions.
• Travel to meet clients as needed.
