Qualifications

• Experience managing in fire engineering or leadership roles required.
• Commercially aware, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset needed.
• Experience working with or developing fire engineering software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Fire Engineering division beyond current turnover.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing fire engineering team.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and regulators on projects.
