Hanson Search Ltd is seeking a Growth Director to drive adoption of data, audience and technology solutions across a portfolio of media agencies in the UK. You will own the growth plan, build senior relationships and embed the proposition in agency planning and activation.

The role focuses on embedding within agencies, supporting pitches, and expanding multi-market opportunities across Europe while maintaining a UK focus.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial background in sales, partnerships or client partner roles with a track record of owning revenue targets.
• Headline-level understanding of audience, first-party data, data enrichment or martech.
• Time spent in or alongside media agencies with understanding of how holding groups operate.
• Experience at a holding group, DSP, ad tech platform, data or martech business.
• Gravitas with senior stakeholders and a confident client-facing presence.
• Proactive, growth-oriented and action-driven, able to move opportunities forward.
• No ego and adaptable as priorities shift.

Aufgaben

• Own the growth plan and revenue target for your agency portfolio.
• Build relationships at all levels from managing partners to heads of activation.
• Identify priority accounts and grow them with agency leadership.
• Support agency pitches and RFPs as part of the wider new business team.
• Partner with audience specialists and product leads to shape client solutions.
• Equip agency teams with propositions, use cases and thought leadership.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting across the portfolio.
