Job summary

Carmoola in London is hiring a Growth Manager to own paid media and landing pages end-to-end, driving smarter multi-channel campaigns on Meta and Google while expanding into CRM and affiliates.

You will own tests, build campaigns, monitor dashboards, and work with the creative team to optimize performance using AI to accelerate learning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in performance or growth marketing, in-house, fintech/lead-gen/DtC or consumer subscription
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads: managed budgets, structured accounts and scaled campaigns
• Ability to think in channel mix and to test new channels
• Analytical mindset; able to investigate numbers and propose next steps
• Fast learner who uses AI tools to work smarter and build automation

Responsibilities

• Own Meta end-to-end: account structure, budgets and scaling rules
• Oversee Google Ads, manage agency partner and challenge their work
• Monitor CPA and funnel metrics, spot issues early
• Collaborate with creative to test and scale through insights
• Shape channel mix and pilot new channels as the business grows
• Lead landing page CRO: plan tests, interpret results and rollout winners
• Potential involvement in CRM to join paid media with customer comms
• Own weekly performance reporting and storytelling of results
• Document what was tried and what worked for the team
