Job summary

Carmoola is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns across Meta and Paid Search, with potential to expand into CRM and affiliate channels as we scale. You will launch tests, build campaigns, monitor dashboards, spot trends, and push for constant iteration to reach the right audience at the right moment.

• 4–7 years of experience across channels

• Ability to build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimise high-quality campaigns across Meta and Paid Search with best-practice execution
• Support a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, messaging, and placements
• Build, QA, and refine campaign setups, tracking, and targeting
• Monitor daily performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Transform learnings into channel playbooks and scalable growth
